Lupo

The recumbent bike of the Lupo model series is a complete system that is operated manually without a wheelchair or, as an optional extra, also electrically. It offers many advantages, because in addition to the adaptability of the seat, it can also be dismantled into two parts and transported in a space-saving manner.

With the Lupo, muscle training and the promotion of coordination between arms and legs is possible in the sporting sense. The robust steel frame in conjunction with the sophisticated aluminum milled parts, which holds the assemblies together, also allows intensive off-road use.

The Lupo can be equipped with a powerful Lipo drive system as the Lupo Smart. This turns the purely manual recumbent bike into a hybrid one. The backrest as well as the headrest can be readjusted without tools. This can make it much easier to get on and off the bike. It also makes it easier to use a sliding board.

Handbikes have a significant benefit for their riders. Due to the various movements that occur while riding, the muscles can be built up and physical coordination trained.

Dismountable for transport

The Lupo can be dismantled into two parts by removing the four screws on the aluminium milled body of the handlebar. This is particularly useful for transport.

Break Disc brake and V-break Stricker handbikes and power assist devices are always equipped with double mechanical brakes such as coaster brake, V-brake and disc brake. If there is only one type of brake, it is double equipped, e.g. with two brake calipers on one disc brake or one disc brake and one V-brake. In addition, at least one of the existing brakes can be locked in order to park the handbike or power assist device. This ensures full safety.

Hand crank

The ergonomically mounted crank handle provides the drive.The handle lies comfortably in the hand, so that a longer distance can be covered without cramps in the palm of the hand.

Chain drive

The chain drive is the most common drive method for pedelecs. It consists of at least one chainring on the crank and a rear derailleur on the wheel, which are connected via the chain.

Ergonomic handles stemless with twist shifter

The comfortable ergo grips are cleverly mounted so that the centre of gravity is central to the axis of the hand crank. The gearshift device is a twist grip gearshift and is located on the handle.

Disc brakes

The braking power of the disc brakes is significantly stronger due to the higher surface pressure compared to the V-brake.
