With high performance, dynamic drive and a natural ride feel, the Smart Dynamic's Gojo drive system redefines mobility. The powerful motor impresses with its mountain capability thanks to its high torque and at the same time minimises the risk of overheating.

Equipped with a torque sensor optimised for hand crank drive, the Smart Dynamic recognises the muscle power provided at the crank and dynamically adds motor assistance. Thanks to our many years of experience in the field of hybid handbikes as well as the predecessor model "Neodrives", we were able to develop the drive system "Gojo" exactly according to our special requirements. In this way, we were able to improve small details and emphasise previous strengths.

Via five adjustable levels, the support can be adapted to your own wishes and to suit the current route. Levels 1 and 2 add particularly little motor support. This allows even very sporty riders to adjust the motor support well.

Together with the sensitive torque sensor, the intelligent control ensures regulated traction, which has a clear effect on the driving behaviour and enables controlled starting even on loose surfaces. For safety reasons, we still recommend traction weights on the fork or some luggage on the "Waldkilo" luggage rack.

The Smart Dynamic is also a real eye-catcher visually. The flat colour display is modern, compact and has various information about the distance, speed and capacity. The display is permanently mounted and cannot be removed, thus avoiding annoying contact problems. A key switch with a removable key is available to prevent unauthorised activation of the system. The display control is located on the handle above the thumb throttle, optionally on the left or right. A standard 8-speed is shifted via the SRAM grip shifter, which is located on the grip. Recently, an 11-speed Shimano XT DI-2 electric shifting system is also available.

If the rider's power reserves are exhausted, the integrated PAS mode makes it possible to ride without power: If the thumb throttle is held while cranking, the power-based motor control is converted into a turn-based motor control. To start uphill, the thumb throttle is suitable, which accelerates the Smart Dynamic up to 6 km/h without cranking. The thumb throttle can always call up the full engine power, even at low speeds.

Thanks to the precise torque sensor, the riding speed can be controlled naturally by force input, which allows you to maintain any desired speed constantly. This makes cycling tours with friends, family or your partner even more enjoyable.

Special feature

From wheelchair to tricycle

With the pre-tensioner, the two castors of the wheelchair are raised, which significantly improves the off-road mobility. Whether cobblestones, gravel and dirt paths, uneven or muddy trails, these nightmare-inducing conditions no longer become an obstacle!

Handbike as sports and leisure equipment

Handbikes have a significant benefit for their riders. Due to the various movements that occur while riding, the muscles can be built up and physical coordination trained.

Break Disc brake Stricker handbikes and power assist devices are always equipped with double mechanical brakes such as coaster brake, V-brake and disc brake. If there is only one type of brake, it is double equipped, e.g. with two brake calipers on one disc brake or one disc brake and one V-brake. In addition, at least one of the existing brakes can be locked in order to park the handbike or power assist device. This ensures full safety.

Wheel hub motor

The wheel hub motor is a form of drive that is built directly into the wheel. Compared to a mid-mounted motor, there are fewer mechanical components that require maintenance and wear.

Thumb throttle

The thumb gas is actuated by pressure via the thumb on a lever. Depending on the model and equipment, it is installed instead of or in parallel with the rotary throttle.

Disc brakes

The braking power of the disc brakes is significantly stronger due to the higher surface pressure compared to the V-brake.

The hand crank can be used in pedelec mode or fully manual.

Chain drive

The chain drive is the most common drive method for pedelecs. It consists of at least one chainring on the crank and a rear derailleur on the wheel, which are connected via the chain.

48 V battery 13 Ah

Lipo 48 volt lithium-ion battery with 624 watt hours, 13 Ah. The battery can be operated between -20°C and +50°C. To avoid damage, the battery should not be charged at temperatures below 0°C. The best charging temperature is room temperature. The optimal charging temperature is in the range of room temperature.

Front light

A LED lamp at the front provides illumination of the roadway. It is supplied by the system voltage and therefore does not need to be loaded separately. It is switched on via a control on the handlebar or on the control housing.

Taillight

The rear light is mounted on the back of the wheelchair. The lighting is operated by a button cell and switched on and off by a switch on the rear light.

Stricker clamping system

With our specially developed Stricker clamp system, our handbikes and power assist devices are quick and easy to attach to any wheelchair - and usually without adapters or modifications to the wheelchair. The wheelchair or owner change can thus take place easily and within a very short time.

The diverse adjustment possibilities of the frame in conjunction with the clamp allow attachment to countless frame shapes, profiles and angles.

Foldable chin gear shift

The chin gear shift makes it possible to shift through the gears via the chin. The chinstrap can also be temporarily folded away for comfortable adaptation of the handbike to create space.

This way of mounting the weights ensures maximum traction of the wheel. The weights can be mounted on the fork from a wheel size of at least 12 inches.

Start-up aid

The starting aid is activated by pressing a button and accelerates the handbike for 5 seconds up to a maximum speed of 6 km/h. The button must be pressed for 3 seconds. The button must be pressed for 3 seconds.
